1.Do you have a physical shop where we can visit ?

 
No, we don't. By saving on retail rental and other unnecessary operation costs, we hope to pass savings to our customers.

 
2. Do you do meetups outside or offer self-collection ?
 
We don't offer meetup service outside our business premise. However, we are happy to offer self-collection service at our warehouse.
 
3. Do you offer exchanges or refund if the item received is defective or wrong?
 
We are happy to offer a one-time exchange for any reason in which you are unsatisfied with. This has to be done at our warehouse during our operating hours. Please write in to our support first to confirm our operating hours prior to coming. Refunds are strictly disallowed. ONLY for wrong items/defective sent, we will offer 'postage covered' exchanges.
 
4. How will I know the out of stock item will be available again?
 
You can put product notifications by clicking the "Notify me when available" button. The system will inform you when it is available for purchase.
 
5. Can I enjoy postage waiver?
 
Postage waiver is available for 2 items and above only for all local Singapore orders. These items must be from one single order and shipped to the same address.
 
6. Are your stocks definitely available? Will the items look exactly as in the pictures ?
 
We guarantee stocks to all customers as long as this item/colour can be checked out in your shopping cart. We keep a large pool of inventory so as to deliver a stocks asap to our customers. Photos of items carried on December-shop are true to life and taken by our own photographers & models.
 
7. What are preorder items (indicated by )?
 
Preorder items are stocks which we ordered from manufacturer and their quantities confirmed. They are not in our warehouse yet but are on their way to Singapore. Customers can order them before they arrive. If you view the product info, you will also see their estimated delivery date. Items without the 'preorder' icon are instock and can be shipped out immediately from our warehouse.
 
8. Do you have a office telephone number so that I can call?
 
We don't provide telephone support but you can make enquiries by emails and we will usually get back to you within 24 hours. In this way, we can lower our operation costs so the savings will be passed on to our customers.
 
9. How long will I have to wait after paying for the order?
 
If your payment is received on Monday (we will send out a notification regarding payment receipt), we will process this order on Tuesday, normal post of smaller packages will leave our warehouse the same day. Registered articles will usually take longer as our personnel will need to make a trip to the post office for registering your article. This may take 2 days longer. For courier or next business day delivery, customers can expect to receive it on Tuesday or at most Wednesday if payment was received on a Monday.
 
10. How long do I need to wait for the packages to be delivered to me?
 
Delivery of your order will depend on what you buy:-

1. Instock items only. You should receive instock items within 3 working days, however this is subject to Singpost processing time too.
2. Instock + preorder items (preorder order items are indicated by ). We will send your package ONLY when ALL the preorder items arrive. The arrival date is indicated in the preorder item listing.

Please take note that we reserve the final right to send out your packages in whichever way suitable should your preferred option be unavailable and refund excess postage payment back to you.
 
11. How do I use Cleocat-Fashion vouchers to enjoy discount in December-Shop? Am I entitled to December-Shop free gifts as well?
 
When you check out your order, pls indicate the voucher ID in the comments section. Any excess value in coupon value for your purchase will not be refunded to you nor your Cleocat-Fashion account. You will not be entitled to December-Shop free gifts if you use Cleocat-Fashion vouchers to purchase.
