We regret to inform that we do not conduct 'meetups' or 'cash on delivery' as we use external parties for all deliveries. Packages will be processed the next working day after
payment is acknowledged by us (we will send you an email to let you know when payment is received). For normal Singpost deliveries, as we cannot determine the transit time for packages sent thru Singpost, so the earliest would be 2 working days after payment acknowledgement, small package will usually have shorter processing time. Courier deliveries will enjoy the fastest delivery, the earliest being 1 day after payment made. And the latest being 3 business days after payment is made. Singpost imposes a 2 kg limit on normal deliveries; thus if your order weighs more than 2 kg, we will divide and send out in a few packages. Customers will automatically be provided with tracking number for their packages if they are using courier or registered deliveries.
Saturdays, Sundays and Singapore recognised public holidays are not considered working days. Postage charges are not waivable. And we cannot be held responsible for late deliveries which may result from our transit time.

Shipping costs quoted above are based on package weight of 300g and may vary depending on the items you purchased. Heavy knitwear, bags and woolen coats will usually weigh more and we will provide you with an exact
shipping quote once your order is finalised. Surface mail is also available to allow you to save on shipping costs.
